Payment
Full payment must be made before the session.
Policies
- Clients may book one appointment at a time. One session consists of 45 minutes (max.) consultation via Teams and 5 minutes questionnaire completion at the end of the session.
- Submit your draft at least / minimum 24 hour before the consultation session because our expert needs to read and give you feedback.
- The consultation requires active participation by the client. Please prepare and specify your questions based on the draft you have submitted upon registering.
- You are advised to come in time (The teams room opens 5 minutes before the session starts). Late tolerance applies for not more than 10 minutes, please notify our Contact Person if you will be late before the session.
- Cancellation should be notified at least 2×24 hours before the schedule. Short notice cancellation/clients who do not appear after 10 minutes late expert may not make any more appointments for the current month.
- After the consultation ends, please complete the post-consultation survey.
